The protection of your personal data is very important to me. Below I inform you transparently about how I collect, process, and use your data on my website and in connection with my services

I have not appointed a data protection officer as this is not legally required.

2. What data do I collect and how?

When you visit my website, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access are automatically recorded by my server. I use this data to ensure the operation of the website and improve my offerings. No merging with other data sources takes place.

3. Contact form

If you send me a message via the contact form, I collect the data you enter such as name, email address, subject, and your message. I use this data exclusively to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures).

Your data will be deleted after processing your request unless legal retention obligations exist.

4. Use of my Instagram channels

I operate two Instagram profiles, which you can visit via my website. Instagram is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When you visit my Instagram pages or click Instagram links, personal data is transmitted to Instagram. I have no influence on what data Instagram collects and how it is processed.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

My website uses cookies to improve usability and enable certain functions. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

You can prevent cookie storage in your browser settings; however, this may limit website functionality.

6. Use of the Wix platform

My website was created using the Wix.com website builder. Wix provides me as the operator with technical and organizational tools to facilitate compliance with data protection laws such as the GDPR.

As the website operator, I am responsible for ensuring that data processing on my website complies with the GDPR. Wix offers various tools that help me protect your data, for example, managing cookie consents.

To ensure compliance with data protection regulations, I use a consent management tool (e.g., Cookiebot) on my website to obtain and manage your consent for the use of cookies and tracking technologies.

Please note that I have no influence on Wix’s data processing if you use Wix services directly (e.g., support or login via Wix).

7. Use of Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics on my website, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics helps me understand user behavior on my website and optimize my offerings.

Cookies are used to enable analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

To protect your data, I have activated IP anonymization on my website. This means your IP address is shortened by Google within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by rejecting the cookie banner or deleting cookies in your browser.

Since my website was created with Wix, Google Analytics integration is done via Wix. Wix provides tools to support GDPR compliance, including cookie consent management.

8. Your consent to the use of photos

If you appear in photos, I will obtain your explicit consent before publication (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This consent includes the use of photos on my website, social media (e.g., Instagram), and in advertising materials.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect. I will then remove already published photos if possible.

9. Disclosure of your data to third parties

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., service providers for payment processing) or if you have given explicit consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (a) GDPR.

You have the right to:

Request deletion of your data, provided no legal retention obligations exist
